Product Description and Features

Unlike standard closet flanges that are centered on the waste pipe, the Water-Tite Offset Closet Flange gives contractors added flexibility to accommodate different types of rough-ins. This PVC toilet flange features an offset design with the flange sitting 1-1/2-inches off the center of the pipe, allowing the toilet installation location to be shifted without having to change the existing plumbing piping. The flange is designed to fit securely over the top of 3-inch Schedule 40 DWV (drain, waste, and vent) pipe or inside of 4-inch pipe. A durable stainless-steel ring along the top of the closet flange allows for easy alignment of bolts and screws to speed up installation, and a full 3-inch flow helps prevent clogs.
