IPS Corporation, through its subsidiary, Watertite Products Inc., today announced the acquisition of Tesla UK, a respected United Kingdom–based manufacturer and distributor of innovative water, heating, and flow management solutions.
This strategic acquisition establishes Watertite’s international presence and enhances its ability to deliver a broader range of high-performance solutions to customers worldwide.

- Enhance its product offering in water management, plumbing, and heating solutions
- Strengthen manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution capabilities
- Accelerate innovation to better serve plumbing professionals, contractors, builders, and property owners
Tesla UK will continue to operate with its existing leadership and team while gaining access to IPS and Watertite’s resources, R&D capabilities, and business system discipline.
