IPS Corporation Acquires Freeze Miser Product Line to Expand Water Damage Prevention Portfolio

IPS Corporation, through its subsidiary Watertite Products Inc., today announced the acquisition of Freeze Miser, LLC including the Freeze Miser® product line, a highly respected solution designed to help prevent costly pipe damage caused by freezing temperatures.

Freeze Miser products are known for their reliability and ease of installation, activating only when temperatures approach freezing to automatically release a small amount of water -helping prevent pipes from freezing and bursting. The addition of Freeze Miser strengthens Watertite’s portfolio of water damage prevention solutions and supports IPS Corporation’s ongoing commitment to innovation in the category.

“This acquisition reflects our continued growth strategy—expanding through targeted acquisitions and increasing our market share in key categories,” said Nick Cassella, President of Watertite. “Freeze Miser is a strong complement to our existing offerings and aligns with our focus on delivering water and flow management solutions to the market.”

Freeze Miser products will be integrated into the Watertite portfolio and made available through IPS Corporation’s established distribution channels in the coming months.
