The AB&A General-Purpose Area Drain is a simple yet effective drainage solution for laundry rooms, patios, pools, and light commercial usage. Available in models with a one-piece plastic drain and strainer construction as well as models with removable stainless-steel and chromed-brass grating, this ABS floor drain is designed for easy installation in Schedule 40 DWV (drain, waste, and vent) piping. Drains are available to fit existing 2-, 3-, or 4-inch piping and may be installed with either solvent welds or by simply inserting the drain into the pipe. This general-purpose drain also lets users custom design their own P-trap or area drain line for added versatility.
