Automatic Leak Detection and Shut-Off

FloodStop moisture sensors continuously monitor for leaks and trigger the system to automatically close the water supply valves when moisture is detected.

FloodStop Outlet Boxes are built with premium motorized ball valves engineered for long-term reliability and serviceability.

Simplified Two-Phase Installation

FloodStop Outlet Boxes were developed with real-world installation challenges in mind, helping contractors simplify rough-in and finish phases while reducing misplaced parts and callbacks.

• Lead-free, CNC machined motorized ball valves that self-cycle monthly to remove any calcium and mineral build up
• Available with or without integrated hammer arresters
• Dual shut-off design with motorized valve for automatic control and a separate manual shut-off if needed
• FloodStop® sensors that detect moisture and automatically close the valves
• Rough-in Kits come WITHOUT the frame, just the box and valves installed
• Finish Kit will be provided as a separate SKU to be purchased at a later date to install during finish phase of the job, no more keeping track of separate parts
