Isolate supply tubing from metal studs and reduce irritating pipe noise with Water-Tite Plastic Metal Stud Insulator for CPVC Piping. These stud insulators can be cemented directly to CPVC tubing, keeping the pipes securely fastened while minimizing the noise made from pipe expansion and contraction. These rugged pipe insulators are impact resistant to 0 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 degrees Celsius) and are capable of withstanding continuous maximum temperatures of up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius). They fit 1-11/32-inch holes and are available in sizes that support either 3/4- or 1/2-inch CPVC pipe.
