Product Description and Features

The Water-Tite Mini Round Gas Outlet Box provides a recessed valve installation that allows appliances to sit closer to the wall. This one-piece box comes with molded-in side support brackets for exceptional stability and features pre-loaded, reversible nails, allowing the box to be mounted to either the left or right side of the stud bay. This gas outlet box is available with either a 1/2-inch-iron-pipe or 1/2-inch-CSST-tubing valve, both of which are CSA listed. The included round faceplate (6-1/8-inch diameter) accommodates up to 1-inch sheet rock and can also be used with mini icemaker boxes. A test plug is provided for testing the valve assembly after installation. Choose from a standard pack with an attached faceplate or a contractor pack with an unattached faceplate.
