Effectively seal and lubricate your gas pipe threads with Weld-On Gas Line Thread Seal Tape with PTFE. This gas tape is made with hydrophobic PTFE to repel water for a secure seal and is compatible with national pipe threads between 1/2 and 2 inches. This thread seal tape prevents rusting and seizing, reduces friction between pipe and fitting, and makes it easier to unscrew the joint.
