Collierville, Tenn., March 26, 2019 – IPS Corporation’s Diversified Products Division is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Tough Pans™ drain pan assets of VizCO US, Inc. Tough Pans™ is an innovative drain pan product line designed for gas and electric water heaters and washing machines.
Tough Pans™ will be integrated into the Diversified Products sales organization and will be inventoried in IPS’ two US master distribution centers, as well as in Canada. Tough Pans™ will be available under the IPS “One Order, One Shipment, One Invoice” program.
